• the tough girl who had a rough childhood
• the awkward one that just sits there and doesn’t talk
• the plus size who’s there to tell everyone that “bigger girls can be beautiful too”
• the girl who’s “there to win and not to make friends”

So true man, so true.

Well, 2010 has come and gone. I’ve followed Tyra’s advice, coupled it with a shrink, and a desire for joy. I think things have gone pretty well. I feel a lot more confident, I obsess a lot less about my appearance and what people think of me, and I have become the CEO of my life. All around, this has been a good year! Sure, I grew bored of the project. Sure, it’s obvious that my passion for this idea was far greater when I was unemployed, sitting on my ass watching The Tyra Show, but I stuck with it. I’m a committer!
